Salary: £6,457 – £6,888 per month (£77,492 – £82,658 per year)

Role Overview

A fast-growing wellness brand in the GCC is seeking a bold, creative, and culturally attuned Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take ownership of its multi-platform digital presence.

This is a high-impact role working closely with a visionary founder, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands social-first storytelling, and can create engaging, personality-driven content that resonates across wellness and lifestyle audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms

• Plan, script, film, and edit high-impact short-form video content

• Translate wellness and health concepts into engaging, relatable, and entertaining content

• Maintain consistent brand aesthetics, tone, and voice across all channels

• Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, trends, and business priorities

• Actively engage with the community across comments, DMs, Q&As, and interactive content

• Monitor performance analytics and continuously optimise content strategy for growth and engagement

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years’ experience managing social media for a consumer, wellness, or creator-led brand

• Strong track record of producing high-performing short-form video content

• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture, trends, humour, and editing styles

• Strong creative instincts with the ability to produce bold, shareable content

• Excellent copywriting skills with a warm, witty, and credible tone of voice

• Confident in filming, directing, and editing end-to-end content

• Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
