Role Overview

Vistry Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of regional marketing campaigns across Vistry Cotswolds.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading housebuilders, playing a key role in delivering integrated marketing activity that supports lead generation, brand awareness, and new home sales. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and wider Sales, Commercial, Technical, and Design teams, you will coordinate campaigns across digital, print, CRM, social media, events, and marketing communications.


The successful candidate will combine excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across every customer touchpoint. This role offers broad exposure across both traditional and digital marketing, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced property and construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of regional marketing campaigns in line with company brand and commercial objectives

  • Coordinate the production of development brochures, sales collateral, and marketing materials for new housing developments

  • Manage creative briefs with internal design teams and external marketing suppliers

  • Deliver email and SMS marketing campaigns through the company CRM platform

  • Support the planning and management of regional social media content and campaign calendars

  • Assist with the delivery of public relations activity and regional marketing events

  • Maintain website content and external property portal listings, ensuring accuracy and SEO best practice

  • Coordinate digital marketing assets including photography, video content, virtual tours, and development flythroughs

  • Support PPC activity and wider digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality sales enquiries

  • Produce campaign performance reports using CRM data, Google Analytics, and agency reporting

  • Monitor competitor marketing activity and provide commercial insights to regional sales teams

  • Support departmental administration, including invoice processing, budget tracking, reporting, and marketing system management


The Successful Applicant

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar marketing role

  • Experience working within a fast-paced marketing or administrative environment

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team

  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport


Technical & Platform Knowledge

  • CRM and email marketing platforms

  • Social media content planning and scheduling

  • Website content management systems (CMS)

  • Google Analytics (GA4)

  • Marketing reporting and campaign analysis

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative platforms

  • SEO and digital marketing best practices

Desirable

  • Marketing qualification (Level 3 or above), CIM qualification, or Marketing-related degree

  • Experience within property, construction, housebuilding, or related sectors

  • Experience using CRM systems for customer communications and database management

  • Knowledge of PPC campaign management and digital lead generation

  • Understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting

  • Experience within customer service, sales, or public relations environments
