Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (PPC & SEO)
Location: BerkshireContract: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year
Hybrid Working (2–3 days in office)
Role Overview
Our client is a global B2B SaaS digital transformation specialist, helping organisations unlock the value of their data and adopt modern, AI-driven solutions.
They are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of PPC and SEO activity, driving high-quality lead generation and supporting multi-channel marketing performance for a scaling technology business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting
Lead SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy, including technical SEO audits, competitor analysis, link-building, and content optimisation
Improve website performance through CRO-focused updates, UX enhancements, and SEO best practices
Oversee website content updates and collaborate with technical and content teams to resolve issues
Track, analyse, and report on KPIs across all digital channels using GA4 and other analytics tools
Maintain dashboards and identify opportunities for continuous optimisation and lead generation improvement
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns
Support workflow management and coordinate with external partners where required
The Successful Applicant
4–7 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology environments (essential)
Strong hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads)
Solid understanding of retargeting and multi-channel campaign optimisation
Strong SEO expertise covering technical, on-page, and off-page strategies
Experience working with CMS platforms to publish and manage content
Confident using GA4 to analyse performance and generate actionable insights
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Curious and proactive mindset with an interest in AI-driven search and optimisation trends
Desirable:
Experience with Salesforce/Pardot
Understanding of CRO, user journeys, and lead generation funnels
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor site updates
Experience using generative AI tools for marketing or analytics
