About the Role

Four Squared Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a growing construction and warehousing solutions business seeking a Part-Time Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you’ll take full ownership of marketing activity and drive brand growth.

Ideal for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys variety, you’ll lead everything from SEO and content to email and social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve SEO performance through keyword strategy and on-page optimisation

• Plan, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns

• Manage social media channels and deliver engaging content plans

• Maintain and update website content to support lead generation

• Create professional case studies, including interviews and written content

• Ensure consistent messaging and brand presence across all channels

Requirements

• Proven experience across SEO, email marketing, social media, and web content

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills

• Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Experience in construction, warehousing, or industrial sectors (advantageous)

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 pro rata (~20 hours per week)
