About the Role
Digital Tonic is partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business to hire a Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on, multi-channel role ideal for someone stepping up from a Marketing Executive position or with early experience at manager level.
You’ll play a central role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, working closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across TV, radio, print, paid media, email, and direct mail
Manage campaign execution from briefing through to reporting and optimisation
Coordinate timelines, budgets, and stakeholder approvals
Ensure all marketing output aligns with brand guidelines and compliance standards
Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns effectively
Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimisation and reporting
Maintain high standards of accuracy, proofreading, and quality control
Requirements
Experience in a Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital and traditional)
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Excellent organisational and project management skills
High attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities
Confident communicator with stakeholder management experience
Experience working with agencies or suppliers (desirable)
Exposure to analytics or performance tracking tools (advantageous)
Salary & Benefits
£35,000 – £40,000 per year
Full-time, permanent role
