About the Role

Connect Worldwide is growing and looking for motivated Telephone Fundraisers to join their energetic, supportive team. In this role, you’ll represent well-known charities, engaging with potential donors across the UK to inspire regular contributions and build lasting support.

You’ll work structured, sociable hours with no late evenings or weekend calling, using a dialler system and scripts to guide conversations. This is a target-driven role with strong earning potential through uncapped bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective donors to secure regular charitable donations

• Represent leading charities such as Dogs Trust and hospice organisations

• Follow scripts and use dialler systems effectively

• Build rapport and adapt communication styles to different audiences

• Accurately update CRM systems and manage donor information

• Consistently meet and exceed performance targets

Requirements

• Experience in telephone fundraising, telesales, or call centres

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Target-driven with a proactive, resilient mindset

• Ability to work remotely with your own PC/Mac and headset

• Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems

• Right to work in the UK with required documentation

Salary & Benefits

• £12.71 – £15.00 per hour

• Uncapped weekly bonus and performance incentives

• Full-time hours (Mon–Thu 11am–7pm, Fri 10am–5pm)
