Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire (Part-Time / On-Site)
Contract: Permanent / Part-Time
Salary: £16.00 – £25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Role Overview
Shibumi is seeking a commercially driven and highly creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for a growing premium British fashion brand renowned for timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship, and outstanding customer experience.
This is a pivotal role focused on developing and delivering a commercially focused marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, loyalty, and sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with the Brand & Customer Experience Manager, you will take ownership of the entire customer journey, ensuring every interaction reflects Shibumi's premium positioning while delivering measurable business results.
The successful candidate will combine strategic marketing expertise with a hands-on approach across digital marketing, ecommerce, paid media, CRM, and brand development. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the business by implementing data-driven marketing initiatives, leveraging AI-powered technologies, and continually optimising performance across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Shibumi's marketing strategy to support long-term commercial growth
Own and optimise the complete customer journey from initial brand discovery through to customer retention and loyalty
Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activity
Develop, manage, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive customer acquisition and sales
Create and grow Pinterest marketing activity to increase brand visibility and organic reach
Manage Klaviyo email marketing, including campaign planning, automation, segmentation, and customer retention programmes
Oversee Shopify website merchandising, content updates, and conversion rate optimisation
Develop SEO strategies, blog content, and organic traffic growth initiatives
Monitor marketing performance across Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and Meta platforms, delivering clear commercial insights and optimisation recommendations
Produce monthly KPI reports measuring campaign effectiveness, return on investment, and commercial performance
Collaborate with the Brand & Customer Experience Manager to maintain a consistent premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints
Utilise AI and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency, support content creation, and enhance overall marketing performance
The Successful Applicant
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience within a Marketing Manager or senior digital marketing role
Strong background delivering marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth
Experience working within premium fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or ecommerce brands
Proven success managing Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Ads Manager
Excellent copywriting and communication skills across email marketing, blogs, website content, and digital campaigns
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, customer journey optimisation, and ecommerce performance
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make commercially driven decisions
Experience setting KPIs, measuring campaign performance, and optimising marketing investment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Confident using AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and marketing effectiveness
