Location: London (Hybrid Working – Offices near Charing Cross Station)
Contract: Temporary / Full-Time
Salary: £24.72 per hour (£45,000 equivalent)
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Digital Marketing & Web Manager to join a collaborative organisation on a temporary basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused professional who enjoys working across both marketing and technology, combining website management, analytics, SEO, and digital optimisation within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will act as a key link between Marketing and IT teams, supporting the ongoing performance, functionality, and optimisation of digital platforms and online campaigns. You will play a central role in improving how audiences discover, engage with, and experience the brand online.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach to digital performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain website performance, accessibility, and functionality
Work with developers and IT teams to support integrations and digital improvements
Lead SEO and content optimisation initiatives to improve visibility and engagement
Analyse digital performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and related tools
Support marketing campaigns with tracking, testing, and data-driven recommendations
Collaborate across Marketing and IT teams to deliver measurable digital results
The Successful Applicant
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience within a digital marketing, web management, or digital performance role
Strong technical understanding of websites, analytics, and tracking tools
Solid knowledge of SEO, user experience, and conversion optimisation principles
Experience using platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and A/B testing tools
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused approach
Technical & Platform Knowledge
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Looker Studio
Hotjar
Webtrends Optimize
SEO and content optimisation tools
Website CMS and digital tracking systems
Desirable
Experience working across both Marketing and IT functions
Previous experience within hybrid or multi-stakeholder environments
Understanding of digital accessibility and website best practices
Experience supporting data-led digital marketing campaigns
