CRM Architect (B2C Marketing) Social Empire Ltd📍 United Kingdom (Remote)
About the Role
Social Empire Ltd, a fast-scaling events company, is looking for a highly technical CRM Architect to build and optimise a fully automated, data-driven marketing engine.
This is not a traditional CRM role—you’ll design systems that convert leads into ticket buyers and casual attendees into loyal fans, using advanced automation, APIs, and multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage CRM infrastructure, integrating platforms like Skiddle and Klaviyo
Design and maintain a scalable data architecture and tagging system
Create automated, behaviour-driven campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp
Track performance metrics including LTV and ROAS to inform growth strategy
Develop VIP retention journeys to increase repeat purchases
Manage day-to-day marketing operations and project delivery
Ensure compliance and maintain high-quality communication across all channels
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in B2C CRM marketing (events, e-commerce, or similar)
Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo or Brevo)
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make)
Experience with multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, WhatsApp)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
Strategic mindset with a focus on segmentation and personalisation
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Strong project management and organisational abilities
Bachelor’s degree (required)

£31,121.99 – £49,081.96 per year
