About the Role

Freddie’s Flowers is looking for confident, energetic Brand Ambassadors to drive customer growth through face-to-face sales across Bristol. Ideal for actors, performers, and freelancers, this role offers flexible shifts, uncapped earnings, and the chance to use your people skills in a fun, fast-paced environment.

You’ll engage directly with the public, delivering compelling sales pitches and representing a well-known brand focused on spreading joy through flowers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with the public in high-footfall locations across Bristol

• Deliver confident sales pitches and handle objections

• Work towards daily performance targets

• Travel between locations using company e-bikes

• Take ownership of individual performance with ongoing support and training

Requirements

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people

• Comfortable in a target-driven, commission-based environment

• Positive, resilient, and self-motivated

• Physically active and happy working outdoors

• Confident riding an e-bike

• Must be Bristol-based and aged 18+

• Sales experience is a bonus but not essential

Salary & Benefits

• £105 – £280 per day (uncapped commission)

• Freelance / zero-hours contract

• Flexible shifts (3–5 per week, Wed–Sun)

• Paid weekly

• Paid training provided
