Paid Media Manager

About the Role

Walker & Sloan are partnering with a Bristol-based digital marketing agency to recruit a Paid Media Manager. This is a great opportunity to work across a diverse client base—from start-ups to established brands—delivering data-driven paid media strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll take ownership of campaign performance, working closely with clients and leveraging advanced attribution tools to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results

  • Collaborate with clients to understand goals and refine campaign strategies

  • Use attribution tools to track and report on campaign effectiveness

  • Work closely with internal teams in a supportive, growth-focused environment

Requirements

Essential

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a paid media or PPC role

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (or willingness to learn)

  • Client-facing or account management experience

  • Previous agency experience

Desirable

  • Experience with additional platforms (e.g. TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  • Multi-sector campaign experience

  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio or Funnel

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £40,000 per year

  • Full-time role (35-hour work week, core hours 10am–3pm)

  • Hybrid working (up to 3 days from home)

  • 25 days holiday + birthday leave

  • Work-from-anywhere option (up to 1 month after 12 months)
