About the Role
Walker & Sloan are partnering with a Bristol-based digital marketing agency to recruit a Paid Media Manager. This is a great opportunity to work across a diverse client base—from start-ups to established brands—delivering data-driven paid media strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll take ownership of campaign performance, working closely with clients and leveraging advanced attribution tools to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results
Collaborate with clients to understand goals and refine campaign strategies
Use attribution tools to track and report on campaign effectiveness
Work closely with internal teams in a supportive, growth-focused environment
Requirements
Essential
2–4 years’ experience in a paid media or PPC role
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (or willingness to learn)
Client-facing or account management experience
Previous agency experience
Desirable
Experience with additional platforms (e.g. TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Multi-sector campaign experience
Knowledge of Google Data Studio or Funnel
Salary & Benefits
Up to £40,000 per year
Full-time role (35-hour work week, core hours 10am–3pm)
Hybrid working (up to 3 days from home)
25 days holiday + birthday leave
