About the Role

Thrive Marketing Communications is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Account Manager to manage and deliver multi-channel campaigns across B2B and recruitment-focused clients.

This role blends strategy with execution—you’ll lead client relationships, manage projects, and drive measurable growth through digital, content, and automation-led marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across retained and project-based clients

• Act as the main point of contact, building strong client relationships

• Plan timelines, manage deliverables, and coordinate internal teams and freelancers

• Lead client meetings and present strategy, performance, and insights

• Analyse campaign data and translate it into actionable recommendations

• Ensure high-quality output across all marketing activities

• Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements

• Maintain clear communication and manage multiple priorities effectively

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing agency account management role

• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, content, paid media, automation)

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects

• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and project management skills

• Strong copywriting and content creation ability

• Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Ads

• Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities

• Experience in B2B or recruitment marketing (advantageous)

AI Skills

• Confident using AI tools for content, research, and campaign planning

• Ability to evaluate and refine AI outputs for quality and accuracy

• Understanding of AI’s role in marketing automation and performance

Salary & Benefits

• £34,000 – £40,000 per year

• Full-time, remote role with flexitime
