This is a standalone senior role combining strategic planning with hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on SEO, local SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality inbound enquiries, improving website performance, and delivering measurable commercial growth through targeted digital activity.

Working closely with directors and operational teams, you will develop and execute a group-wide marketing strategy that strengthens brand visibility, supports business development objectives, and maximises lead conversion across multiple websites and service areas.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

  • Plan and deliver targeted digital marketing campaigns and lead generation funnels

  • Support email marketing activity, including nurture sequences and follow-up campaigns

  • Collaborate with external specialists on paid media and advertising activity where required

  • Develop campaigns focused on generating high-quality inbound enquiries rather than traffic alone

Content & Brand Management

  • Create high-quality content including case studies, service pages, and project updates

  • Maintain a consistent and professional tone of voice across all channels

  • Oversee social media direction and ensure brand consistency across the group

  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and external agencies as needed

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track and report on SEO performance, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and ROI

  • Use analytics and performance data to improve campaign results and conversion rates

  • Work closely with directors, project teams, and site staff to gather content and insights

  • Manage relationships with external marketing suppliers and specialists

  • Strong SEO and local SEO expertise

  • Experience creating and optimising website content and landing pages

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Commercially focused mindset with strong analytical and performance tracking skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach

  • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows and efficiency

Desirable

  • Experience within construction, property, energy, or related sectors

  • Experience managing marketing across multiple brands or business units

  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms and CRM tools

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, paid media, and remarketing strategies

Working Pattern

  • Site visits required across the group

  • Flexibility available for focused tasks such as content writing and technical SEO work

Salary & Benefits

  • £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
