Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Company Benefits / Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative, driven, and versatile Marketing Executive to join one of the UK’s leading communities for technology businesses and managed service providers.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and a collaborative team, you will support the planning, delivery, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, and event channels. This role combines both creative and analytical responsibilities, making it ideal for a marketer who enjoys content creation, campaign coordination, social media management, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Marketing Delivery

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and event channels

  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing activity aligned with wider brand and community objectives

  • Track campaign performance and contribute insights to improve future activity

Content Creation & Communications

  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, emails, promotional materials, and press releases

  • Support visual content creation and marketing collateral production

  • Manage and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communications

  • Contribute to thought-leadership content and award submissions

Website & Email Marketing

  • Update and maintain website content to ensure relevance, consistency, and engagement

  • Manage the email content calendar and support targeted email marketing campaigns

  • Support SEO best practices and optimise digital content where appropriate

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and analyse social media content across key platforms

  • Grow audience engagement and online visibility through creative and targeted activity

  • Monitor trends and emerging marketing tools to support ongoing strategy improvements

Events & Community Engagement

  • Assist with the planning, promotion, and coordination of events and community activities

  • Provide logistical and on-site support where required

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent event communications and branding

The Successful Applicant

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within marketing, communications, or a related role

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and brand consistency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred)

  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices

  • Strong organisational and project management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

  • Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Positive, proactive, and professional approach

Desirable:

  • Experience within the IT or technology sector

  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools

  • Exposure to PR, thought-leadership content, or community-based marketing initiatives

Salary & Benefits
