Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE

Role Overview

Our client, an environmentally focused technology business at the forefront of innovation, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and deliver marketing and communications activity across the full marketing mix.

Working as part of a small team, you will support the Category and Marketing Director while managing a Marketing Associate to deliver campaigns that increase visibility, brand awareness, and commercial growth. This is a varied and high-impact role combining digital marketing, content creation, events, partnerships, commercial support, and go-to-market activity.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded all-round marketer who enjoys autonomy, creativity, and managing multiple disciplines within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Communications

  • Coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to the wider marketing strategy

  • Support brand visibility and awareness across multiple audiences and channels

  • Develop and execute communications activity across digital, events, partnerships, and commercial initiatives

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time with strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Content & Commercial Support

  • Create and support commercial tools including presentations, brochures, and marketing materials

  • Write and develop content in collaboration with commercial teams

  • Produce visual marketing assets such as presentations, imagery, animations, and infographics

  • Translate customer pain points into compelling messaging and value propositions

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend reporting

  • Identify opportunities within the market landscape to support strategic growth

  • Analyse campaign and market performance to inform future marketing activity

Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise closely with external creative marketing agencies to deliver campaigns and assets

  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business

  • Support go-to-market strategy and wider commercial objectives

Team Leadership

  • Line manage and support the development of the Marketing Associate

  • Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship where required

The Successful Applicant

Essential:

  • 3–5 years’ experience within a fast-paced marketing environment

  • Strong understanding of multiple marketing and communications disciplines

  • Experience creating visual marketing assets and commercial materials

  • Experience managing and working with external marketing agencies

  • Excellent written English and communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities

  • Commercially aware with the ability to develop messaging around customer pain points and product benefits

  • Creative yet analytically minded approach to marketing

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Ability to work independently and manage varied responsibilities

  • Degree calibre in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

Desirable:

  • Experience within the apparel or textile industries

  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, or Photoshop

Salary & Benefits

  • £40,000 – £45,000 DOE

  • Flexible working hours between 7am–6pm Monday to Thursday

  • Early finish on Fridays (9am–12:30pm)
