Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire (Office-Based)
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract, Full-Time
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Role Overview
Right at Home is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and visibility of its premium home care services across the local community. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, attract new clients, and support recruitment of care professionals.
Working closely with the Franchise Owner and Registered Manager, you will lead social media activity, coordinate local events, manage community outreach programmes, and support recruitment marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys combining digital marketing with face-to-face community engagement in a purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s digital marketing strategy
Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Plan, execute, and analyse social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness
Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics to optimise results
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies
Community Engagement & Brand Awareness
Organise and promote community engagement initiatives and local events
Represent the organisation at local venues, networking events, and community activities
Build relationships with local organisations and community groups
Arrange and support promotional talks, information sessions, and outreach programmes
Strengthen the company’s local presence through targeted awareness campaigns
Recruitment Marketing
Support recruitment campaigns aimed at attracting new carers
Advertise vacancies across relevant channels and platforms
Assist with screening and processing candidate applications
Help position the organisation as an employer of choice within the local area
Support employer branding and recruitment-focused marketing initiatives
Campaign Planning & Performance Management
Develop and manage marketing plans for both client acquisition and recruitment activities
Track campaign effectiveness using performance metrics and reporting tools
Analyse results and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives and growth targets
Marketing Materials & Brand Management
Create and manage marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Photoshop
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels
Coordinate the procurement and distribution of marketing materials within budget guidelines
Support the development of promotional assets for digital and offline campaigns
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with senior leadership to identify local marketing opportunities
Support business development initiatives through community engagement and relationship building
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with organisational objectives
Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and community partners
The Successful Applicant
Essential
Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience with evidence of achieving commercial or engagement objectives
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Experience planning and managing social media campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and project management abilities
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Right to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable
Experience within the care, health, or social care sector
Experience organising promotional, community, or fundraising events
Knowledge of recruitment marketing and candidate attraction strategies
Previous community engagement or outreach experience
