Overview Seren Collection is a luxury hospitality group in Wales, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong brand storytelling.

We are seeking a Marketing and PR Manager to join the communications team, supporting campaign delivery, content creation, and brand development across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns across venues

• Write and edit high-quality marketing copy

• Manage audience segmentation and campaign performance

• Create and manage content across websites and social channels

• Support campaign planning and content development

• Work with PR agencies on media activity and coverage

• Manage multiple projects across different brands

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or content

• Strong experience in email marketing and campaign execution

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills

• Experience managing digital content across web, email, and social

• Familiarity with CMS and email platforms (e.g. WordPress, Mailchimp)

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable

• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or travel

• Interest in brand storytelling and content-led marketing
