Location: Chalgrove, Oxfordshire (OX44 7RW) with travel across the UK and Europe

Contract: Freelance / Temporary / Zero Hours

Salary: £15 – £18 per hour

Role Overview

Lick Me I’m Delicious is seeking energetic and confident Freelance Event Support staff to help deliver immersive food experiences at corporate events, brand activations and high-profile venues across the UK and Europe.

This role combines event operations, customer interaction and logistics support within a creative and fast-paced events environment. Working with unique “Willy Wonka-style” food inventions, you will support event setup, operation and breakdown while representing the brand professionally with guests and corporate clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in events, experiential marketing, hospitality or promotions who enjoys varied work, travel and engaging with people.

Key Responsibilities

Event Setup & Operations

• Assist with the setup and operation of immersive food installations and event experiences• Load, transport and unload event equipment to venues across the UK• Support event breakdown and pack-down processes• Ensure equipment and presentation standards are maintained throughout events

Client & Guest Interaction

• Deliver engaging and professional customer experiences at live events

• Interact confidently with guests, clients and venue teams

• Represent the brand positively within corporate and high-profile event environments

• Adapt to fast-paced and varied event settings with professionalism and enthusiasm

Driving & Logistics

• Drive company vans to and from event locations

• Assist with transporting equipment safely and efficiently

• Travel regularly to venues, including major cities and event spaces

Teamwork & Flexibility

• Work collaboratively with wider event teams during busy event schedules

• Adapt to changing event requirements and timings

• Support events during evenings, weekends and unsociable hours where required

The Successful Applicant

Essential:

• Full UK driving licence

• Confidence driving vans and travelling to event locations

• Strong and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, organised and punctual approach to work

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual event setup tasks

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

• Must live within 45 minutes of OX44 7RW

Preferred:

• Experience within events, hospitality, promotions or experiential marketing• Confident working within customer-facing environments• Interest in live events and creative experiences

• Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure
