About the Role

Secret Marketing Group is hiring a Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to support two growing travel brands. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone early in their marketing career or looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media.

You’ll work across a variety of tasks, building practical skills in content creation, campaign support, and brand growth within a creative, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok)

• Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistency across channels

• Write captions and maintain brand tone of voice

• Support the growth and management of social media accounts

• Assist with email marketing campaigns

• Contribute to general digital marketing tasks across both brands

• Provide team support and holiday cover when needed

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and marketing

• Creative, proactive, and well-organised

• Good attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Ideal for students or those early in their marketing career

Salary & Benefits

• From £13,250 per year (part-time)

• Approx. 4–5 hours per day with flexible hours
