Role Overview
Used Kitchen Hub Ltd is seeking a creative and hands-on Brand & Social Media Executive to help grow the company’s visibility, credibility, and engagement across social media platforms.
This is a highly practical content-focused role suited to someone who enjoys being out in the field capturing real stories, filming content, and helping build a recognisable and trusted brand presence. You will create and manage engaging social content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, while supporting wider brand storytelling initiatives through testimonials, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
The role combines content creation, social media management, video editing, and on-site brand storytelling, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a varied and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation
Create engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
Film day-to-day business activity, customer projects, and behind-the-scenes content
Edit and publish short-form video content using CapCut or similar editing tools
Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms
Develop and manage a simple weekly content schedule and publishing rhythm
Brand Storytelling & Community Engagement
Capture customer testimonials, reviews, and success stories to build social proof
Support the growth of brand awareness and trust through authentic storytelling
Identify reactive content opportunities and social trends relevant to the business
Help position the business as a recognised voice within its market
Field-Based Content Production
Travel to customer sites and locations to capture real-world content
Work collaboratively with the wider team to showcase products, projects, and customer experiences
Represent the brand professionally both on-camera and in customer interactions
Content Planning & Performance
Support ongoing social growth and engagement strategies
Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement
Contribute ideas for future campaigns, video concepts, and content formats
The Successful Applicant
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in social media management or digital content creation
Strong understanding of short-form video content and social platform trends
Confident filming, editing, and publishing content independently
Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking with customers and stakeholders
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
Organised, proactive, and creatively driven
Technical & Platform Knowledge
Experience using CapCut or similar video editing software
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content formats
Basic photography and videography skills
Experience scheduling and publishing social media content
Desirable
Experience within interiors, home improvement, lifestyle, or ecommerce sectors
Portfolio of previous social media or content work
Experience capturing field-based or documentary-style content
