Salary: £550 – £1,000+ per week

Role Overview

Hanover Dairies is seeking energetic and persuasive Brand Ambassadors to help grow its eco-friendly doorstep milk delivery service across Oxfordshire.

This role focuses on customer engagement, community outreach, and generating new subscriptions for the company’s sustainable glass-bottled milk delivery service. You will represent the business directly within local residential areas, promoting environmentally friendly alternatives to single-use plastics while driving customer sign-ups and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Customer Engagement

• Visit residential areas to engage with potential customers

• Start friendly conversations about sustainable milk delivery services

• Represent the Hanover Dairies brand professionally within local communities

Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Educate residents on the environmental and practical benefits of the service

• Convert conversations into customer sign-ups using the company registration process

• Achieve and exceed customer acquisition targets

Brand Representation

• Promote Hanover Dairies’ sustainability mission and eco-friendly values

• Build positive relationships with local households and communities

• Act as the face of the brand during outreach activity

Self-Management & Territory Planning

• Manage your own schedule and field activity independently

• Travel across assigned local areas efficiently

• Maintain motivation and performance within a commission-based structure

The Successful Applicant

Essential:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, resilient, and self-motivated attitude

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

• Ability to engage confidently with members of the public

• Valid UK work authorisation

• Own transport and driving licence

Desirable:

• Previous sales, fundraising, hospitality, or customer-facing experience

• Interest in sustainability and reducing plastic waste

• Experience working within commission-based environments
