About the Role

Ecommerce Nurse, a fast-paced marketing agency specialising in Amazon and TikTok growth, is looking for creative Freelance TikTok UGC Content Creators.

You’ll produce engaging, social-first video content for well-known brands across beauty, haircare, homeware, and supplements—bringing briefs to life with your own creative style.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit TikTok-style UGC videos based on detailed briefs

• Create high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand guidelines

• Deliver both raw footage and final edited videos in required formats

• Upload content and manage submissions via shared platforms

• Respond to feedback and make revisions within 48 hours

• Ensure all work meets deadlines, compliance, and creative standards

Requirements

• Proven experience creating UGC or social media video content

• Strong video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut)

• Ability to interpret briefs and work independently

• Excellent organisation and time management

• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Must be confident presenting on camera (essential for application)

• Own equipment and filming setup required

Salary & Benefits

• £22.50 per completed video (e.g. £225 for 10 videos)

• Freelance, ad-hoc work (no guaranteed hours)
