Location: Tewkesbury & Cirencester Dobbies Dobbies Garden CentresHours: Average 2 to 3 days per week
Klass is a ladieswear family-run business established in 1985, now operating over 175 locations including standalone stores and concessions throughout the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Visual Merchandisers to support our concessions primarily within Tewkesbury and Cirencester Dobbies Garden Centres. Travel and support at Dobbies Garden Centres in Shepton Mallet and Thornbury also required. This is a field-based role requiring flexibility to travel across the region as required. Day rate plus mileage.
The RoleYou will combine strong creative ability with commercial awareness to maintain exceptional visual standards and drive sales performance across your allocated concessions. Working independently, you will take ownership of each visit to ensure the brand is represented to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring all stock is unpacked and merchandised promptly
Managing end-of-season stock returns
Actioning all price reductions and ad hoc promotional activity
Maintaining mannequin displays, floor layouts, and POS standards
Achieving the required number of store visits (2 per week) and reporting back to the Visual Merchandising Manager and Head Office
Building strong working relationships with concession partners and store teams
Working with floor guidelines to maintain brand consistency
Monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies
Recording visit feedback and photography via a mobile Visual Auditing app
Proactively suggesting ideas to enhance the in-store VM proposition and drive sales
Maintaining strong product knowledge and awareness of key styles
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field-based visual merchandising role
Strong commercial awareness within fashion retail
Confident working independently and managing your own schedule
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Good knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends
Confident problem-solver who can react to challenges in-store
