Overview We are seeking a Paid Social & UGC Strategist to support digital marketing campaigns for hospitality venues in London.

This role focuses on driving bookings through high-performing paid social campaigns, combining influencer content, UGC, and performance marketing across Meta and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end influencer and UGC campaigns

  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok

  • Identify high-performing organic content and convert into paid ads

  • Optimise campaigns to drive bookings and reduce CPA

  • Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on results

  • Collaborate with creators to produce high-quality content

  • Support targeting strategies to increase foot traffic during low-demand periods

Requirements

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

  • Strong understanding of UGC and influencer marketing

  • Proven ability to drive conversions through paid social

  • Experience analysing performance metrics and optimising campaigns

  • Strong understanding of audience targeting

Desirable

  • Experience in hospitality or venue marketing

  • Familiarity with UGC platforms (e.g. Bulba)

  • Understanding of booking systems and tracking pixels

Location

  • Remote (UK-based)

  • Focus on London-based venues
