Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and technically driven Full Stack Developer to join a growing business operating within the FinTech and InsurTech sector.

Working across a variety of live projects, you will gain exposure to the full development lifecycle while collaborating closely with experienced developers in an Agile team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of B2B and B2C systems and websites across the insurance industry, working across both frontend and backend technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain B2B and B2C systems and web applications across frontend and backend technologies

• Work within Agile development teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions

• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on technical improvements and project delivery

• Support the development of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions

• Continuously improve technical knowledge and contribute to development best practices

The Successful Applicant

Essential Skills & Experience

• Commercial experience within a Full Stack Developer or Software Developer role

• Strong experience using C# .NET, SQL, and Angular

• Experience working across both frontend and backend development

• Understanding of software development principles and Agile methodologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning and professional development

Technical & Platform Knowledge

• C# .NET

• Angular

• SQL

• APIs and integrations

• Agile development methodologies

• Modern software development practices

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Azure

• Exposure to cloud-based development and deployment environments

• Experience within FinTech, InsurTech, or financial services sectors

• Understanding of modern DevOps or CI/CD practices
