About the Role
ALBA, a luxury linen and tableware hire company based in the Cotswolds, is seeking a Client Liaison & Studio Coordinator to support its growing wedding and events business.
This is a client-facing, creative role where you’ll guide customers through the full booking journey—from initial enquiry through to final confirmation—ensuring a seamless, high-end experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming enquiries via email and phone with prompt, professional responses
Prepare quotes and manage bookings with strong attention to detail
Guide clients through the full booking process
Conduct follow-ups to maximise conversion rates
Host client calls and showroom/studio visits
Advise on product selection with a creative, design-led approach
Identify upselling opportunities within bookings
Support day-to-day studio operations and client experience
Proactively solve issues and ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
Strong communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner
Confident working in a fast-paced, enquiry-driven environment
Interest in design, weddings, or events (preferred)
Commercial awareness with confidence in upselling
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Warm, professional, and adaptable approach
Salary & Benefits
£13.50 per hour
Freelance / self-employed role
Approx. 10–20 hours per week (with seasonal variation)
Studio-based in a beautiful Cotswolds location
