Client Account Executive, Brave Human Capital Group Ltd📍 Cirencester (On-site)
About the Role
Brave Human Capital Group is hiring a Client Account Executive to manage and grow relationships within the tech sector. Acting as the main point of contact, you’ll ensure projects are delivered successfully while identifying opportunities to expand accounts and drive revenue growth.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts
Coordinate projects with internal teams to ensure timely, successful delivery
Provide strategic advice aligned with client business and technology goals
Monitor account performance and deliver insights for improvement
Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
Support contract renewals and ongoing service agreements
Requirements
2–4 years’ experience in account management, client services, or tech sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of technology solutions or IT services
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Salary & Benefits
£29,420 – £35,000 per year
